Children's Product Certification (CPC)
Children's Product Certification (CPC) is a mandatory compliance requirement under the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) for all products designed or intended primarily for children aged 12 and under. It is enforced by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). Manufacturers and importers must issue a CPC to certify that their children's products comply with all applicable CPSC regulations.
