1. Drop Test

The drop test simulates the handling process, ensuring that both the garment and its packaging can endure impacts without sustaining damage. During a garment inspection, we carefully examine the product for any signs of wear and tear or damage caused by the drop test. By repeatedly dropping the packaged garment from a set height, we assess its ability to survive the journey from factory to store shelf intact, thereby ensuring it meets quality standards.

2. Ratio Check

Accuracy in size, color, and style distribution is non-negotiable in pre-shipment inspection. The ratio check verifies that the correct proportion of each variant matches the requirements specifications of the order. 3. Product Size and Weight Measurement

7. GSM Test for Knitted Garments

8. Tape Test for Printed Labels

This test evaluates the adhesion of printed labels or coatings on the garment. It involves applying and removing adhesive tape to check if the print or coating peels off easily.This garment  inspection is to ensure label durability. 

9. Needle Detection and Metal Detection

11. Barcode Scanning Test

12. Tension Test

13. Odor Check
